What Happens After a Deletion Request
Once we receive a valid deletion request:
- The user account and all associated personal data are permanently deleted from our systems.
- This includes parent and child profiles, learning progress, preferences, and stored interactions.
- Data deletion is completed within seven (7) days of receiving the request.
Confirmation and Retention
- During the processing period, the account may be temporarily disabled.
- We do not retain personal data after deletion, except where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention or legal compliance.
